You not only see Chef Amy at Golden Gate, Chef Amy has appeared many times on Channel 4's "Saturday Morning Brunch" showing viewer the art of chinese cooking.

Golden Gate Restaurant was established in 1980 and served the local community for almost 30 years. As return, Golden Gate Restaurant gained the highest reputation from the customers to the media publics. They won WISN Channel 12’s A-List as ‘The Best Chinese Restaurant in the Area’ and one of the first Chinese restaurant on a local TV show. Some customer comes from far away even drives from 30 miles to dine in here.

Among all the signature dishes, Cantonese Combination Chow Mein, Sesame Chicken and Kungpao Chicken are the most popularly ordered dishes on the menu. In order to improve the receipt, Amy spent time to search the better taste dishes allover the cities. Once she fined it out, she will bring the new ideas back to her kitchen, and blend the new inspiration into her food. After test many times, the finished product will put on the special menu to present to customer.
